Exclusive license purchased by Cap Trading

The CP2M laboratory has just been involved in the purchase of one of its exclusive patent licenses, which led to a CNRS INNOVATION pre-maturation project in 2022 by Cap Trading (involved in the pre-maturation). This license concerns the preparation of stable ZnO suspensions in aqueous media.

Cap Trading (FEDERALY-SAPIENS group) is pleased to announce a major step forward in its ongoing commitment to innovation. We are proud to inform you that we have recently acquired an exclusive license to exploit patent WO 2016/038317 A1, thanks to our participation in the CNRS INNOVATION pre-maturation project, led by Stéphane DANIELE's team.

Cap Trading (FEDERALY-SAPIENS group), which was involved in the CNRS INNOVATION pre-maturation project led by Stéphane DANIELE's team, has just acquired an exclusive license to use patent WO 2016/038317 A1. This license, which concerns the development of stable ZnO suspensions in aqueous media, will enable them to strengthen their leading position in the market for innovative building products and services. It will give them access to proprietary technologies and knowledge, strengthening their ability to meet their customers' future needs. This acquisition will also open up numerous opportunities to consolidate links between CP2M and Cap Trading and its subsidiaries to develop new products and services.

This license represents a strategic milestone for our company. It strengthens our leading position in the market for innovative products and services for the building industry. In particular, this license to develop stable ZnO suspensions in aqueous media opens up new opportunities to meet our customers' future needs.
